PFAS Public Consultation: Practical Guide for Members on How to Participate

As previously announced in our information webinar, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a public consultation on the draft opinions of the SEAC regarding the proposed PFAS restriction.
The current draft includes some future regulation changes, some of which are far-reaching, for the surface treatment industry. The public consultation runs until 25 May 2026 and offers you, as a company, the opportunity to get involved in the regulation process and comment on the planned measures.
