The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a public consultation on the draft options proposed by the SEAC regarding the planned restriction of PFAS. The draft includes a number of significant changes for the surface treatment industry. In addition to wetting agents, it also concerns, for example, the use of substances such as PVDF in tank manufacturing or a ban on individual application sectors. The public consultation offers you, as a company, the opportunity to play an active role in this process.
