We will publish a detailed assessment of the content once the final document has been released. However, it is already pretty clear that the committees are aiming for a significant lowering of the exposure and emission limits. This is currently still just a draft-opinion. The final decision will be made later by the Member States in the REACH Committee and the EU-Commission.

Until this happens, however, there is an opportunity to play an active role in the decision-making process. This is particularly important as the upcoming consultation represents the last opportunity for downstream users and the affected industry to formally contribute their practical experiences and assessments.

Take advantage of this opportunity and submit your comment in the Public Consultation. Help to ensure that the final regulations will be realistic, scientifically sound and economically feasible.
